Set in Poble Nou, Barcelona’s creative district, the studio combines a spacious training floor with a vibrant community energy. From early-morning wake-up flows to evening mobility sessions, the daily rhythm reflects the city itself — dynamic, diverse, and always in motion.

Ice bath & sauna

Members have access to our recovery zone with a dedicated ice bath and sauna. These facilities support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and help you stay consistent in your training.

Primal room

It's an ideal space designed for professionals committed to physical and mental well-being. It offers a welcoming atmosphere and all the equipment you need.

A private room available for wellness professionals in Poble Nou. Physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, and coaches can host treatments and sessions in a calm, fully equipped environment.

Our café is open to everyone — members and visitors alike. Grab a coffee or healthy meal, stay to work, or take a moment to recharge before and after training.
