Primal ibizaBecome a coachThose interested in participating in these Primal Moves courses must travel to Ibiza for attendance, where they’ll have the chance to learn from instructors deeply rooted in the island’s culture.
- Module 1
100 hour teacher training foundation training is broken down into 80 contact hours and 20 hours online. Here you will learn about the Methodology, its concepts and implementation. Functional anatomy, movement patterning, the quadruped and sequencing. What it is to build a community and how to integrate this method into your own practice or that of other practitioners. The days are broken down into learning the tiered system through practice, experiential anatomy and biomechanics. The art of adjustment and nervous system co-regulation. The dynamic manoeuvres from Primal Progressions where the body is taken through dynamic to static inversions seamlessly through repetitive practice.

50 hours coaching teacher training is broken down into 40 contact hours and 10 hours online. In the coaches training we learn how to deliver the primal method in a class setting. The delivery, pace, flow intensity and sequencing. The art of holding space and working with community . How to build your own studio and grow your own community.
